- 6 + years of Atlassian stack admin experience, must have a deep understanding of this to implement best practice guidelines as well as troubleshoot performance issues

- Must have the ability to set up custom JIRA workflows, dashboards, and reports

- Must have strong Groovy scripting and Script Runner for automation

- Must have hands on experience installing plugins and managing permissions in JIRA/Confluence, specifically with EAZY BI and Advance to road map

- Experience with Confluence-to-Confluence and JIRA-to-JIRA migrations

Day-to-Day

A high-tech commercial bank is looking for a passionate JIRA/Confluence Admin to join their team! This person will be responsible for utilizing the Atlassian toolset and how those systems should be maximized for the internal users. Furthermore, daily responsibilities will include scripting in groovy, installing plugins, managing permissions in the tool, troubleshooting any application related issues, configuring workflows, and creating new projects within the JIRA and Confluence space. They will also need to have excellent communication skills as they will be working with end users every day to help them fix or create dashboards. Lastly, having a go-getter mentality along with a solution orientated mindset is highly needed for this role!
