Description: You have been building web applications professionally for 5+ years. You have built or maintained integrations with shipping carriers or APIs such as EasyPost / Shippo You are comfortable with designing data models that are flexible and scalable Familiarity with TaxJar or similar service preferred You are comfortable communicating with vendors in order to solve logistical problems in real time You have experience with open source frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, Ruby on Rails, Django, or Express Extensive experience with imperative programming languages -- e.g., PHP, Python, Worked with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure Experience with the ELK Stack, MySQL and CouchBase is a huge plus Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
