There's an unassuming little sandwich shop on the northwest corner of Broadway and Granville in Vancouver: Kathy's Sandwich Shop and you've never seen a fresher, more tightly-wrapped wrap! This is the grilled chicken - turkey wrap here and it is delicious: crunchy vegetables, subtle spiciness, no sauce leaking out. I'm going to borrow a phrase of my son's to describe it: PRO SKILL. This is the 2nd one I've had in 4 days and I'll probably have a couple more this week.
