Dear Ukrainians!
For 30 hours, a full-scale Russian attack on our state continues.
Thanks to the heroism of our defenders and defenders, Ukraine has survived the first, most difficult day. The invaders suffered significant losses.
Today we will be stronger. After all, thousands of people join the ranks of the Territorial Defense Forces and are ready to repel the enemy.
I am proud of each of you!
In Kyiv alone, there are already 18,000 assault rifles and corresponding ammunition, which have already been distributed and will continue to be distributed to the soldiers of the TR Forces during yesterday and today. Those wishing to join the ranks of the TRO Forces and with weapons in their hands to stop the Russian invaders are growing, and weapons are coming more.
In addition, I made a decision, which was agreed with the commander of the Forces of the Tro of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Brigadier General Yuri Galushkin, to involve patriots over the age of 60 in the Tro Forces, who are morally and physically ready to resist and defeat the enemy.

I also talked almost all night with my fellow defense ministers of the states that provide us with constant support. The reaction of the world is becoming clearer. Soon we will receive additional reinforcement in the form of modern weapons and other resources from our partners.
We have already managed to break the plans of the Russian invaders. Now it is important to destroy the gloom of lies created by the Kremlin. And this will be the end of a serial killer and rapist who attacks neighbors.
It is necessary to show the world and the citizens of Russia themselves that Russian troops are shelling peaceful cities, killing women and children. And that all who remain silent become accomplices of murderers.
And those who prevent Ukraine from fighting or blocking sanctions against the killer state pollute their hands with the blood of innocent people.
I appeal to all citizens of Ukraine and the Ukrainian diaspora.
On official resources and pages in social networks of the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, the State Border Guard Service and other authorities and self-government, evidence of crimes of the Russian occupation troops is published.
Take these facts and spread them through social networks. First of all, among Russian users. So that the citizens of the Russian Federation can see that they support.
It is important to disseminate these facts in the Italian, German and Hungarian media space, as well as among journalists and officials of European countries. Anyone who knows the right languages is our weapon.
We need to show the world what total defense is. And that our people cannot be defeated.
