Here I am with the amazing Michael Douglas at the gala for the 2005 Bangkok International Film Festival which I was covering for #notesfromhollywood. At this festival I was honored that the PR team asked me to moderate the big press conferences. The Asian premiere of Phantom of The Opera took place at the festival, which was also honored director Joel Schumacher. Michael Douglas was in attendance as part of the tribute to the great director. I moderated a press conference about the film that included Gerard Butler, Miranda Richardson and Mr. Schumacher. At one point in the press conference, Butler and Richardson exited and Michael Douglas joined Mr. Schumacher as part of the tribute. So, at the gala later, during a conversation with Mr. Douglas, he gracefully honored my request for a selfie.
