- To get rid of pimples, wrinkles, and even ringworm, dilute Ajwain oil with carrier oil and add it to the infected areas.
- Combine 2 drops Ajwain oil, 1 drop black cumin seed oil, and 1.5 mL coconut oil in a small mixing bowl.
CAUTIONS
- You should not use Ajwain oil, if you are on dieting, as it increases appetite. Do consult a doctor before using the oil if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Besides, some individuals experience irritation when applying essential oils to the skin. You should do a skin patch test before using any new essential oil.
- Besides, some reports of nausea say that after consuming high amounts of Ajwain nausea has increased. For this, the seeds should be eaten in small amounts.
