Bergamot oil is extracted from the peels of citrus fruit that grow on bergamot trees through cold press/steam distillation. The origins of the bergamot tree can be drawn from Southeast Asia. HOW TO USE

 

 

  •    You can blend Young Chemist’s bergamot essential oil with a carrier oil to use as a body lotion or for massage.
  • You can add 2-5 drops of bergamot essential oil to products such as shampoo, and facial scrubs. Bergamot oil for spot treatment, you have to apply bergamot oil which is mixed with carrier oil directly on the pimples, cysts, and blackheads. Then, leave it overnight. Besides, do not use the treatment during the day or in sunlight. You can also mix the diluted oil into the water.

  • Bergamot essential oil is irritating to some people, especially when it is not diluted with carrier oil. Bergamot Essential oils can sometimes cause allergic dermatitis.
  • Besides, some individuals experience irritation when applying essential oils to the skin. You should do a skin patch test before using any new essential oil.
