The hydraulic lifting mobile concrete mixing plant is a patented product independently developed by Zhengzhou XINYU Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd., designed to meet the needs of rapid transfer of large mixing plants. Its core feature is the integrated hydraulic lifting system, which can be transported by a small tractor or flatbed truck and equipped with liftable hydraulic legs to achieve rapid deployment and stable operation.

Traction unit: suitable for small tractors or off-road vehicles, convenient for road transportation and site transfer.

Hydraulic lifting system: through the hydraulic support of the main chassis, the height of the equipment can be quickly adjusted to meet different operating requirements.

Hydraulic lifting legs: one-button operation can complete the equipment leveling, without the need for additional infrastructure, saving deployment time.

Horizontal cement silo: equipped with a 100-ton horizontal cement silo with a low center of gravity design, the screw conveyor quickly supplies cement to the host, improving transportation stability while reducing the floor space.

Fully automatic belt linkage: the belt is synchronously extended and retracted with the rise and fall of the host, avoiding manual adjustment and improving production efficiency.

Quick deployment process:

3. Set the ratio parameters through the fully automatic control cabinet control panel. The fully automatic control system can realize manual and automatic integrated operation. It is equipped with Lenovo computers, Epson printers, Siemens PLCs, Schneider Electric components, monitoring systems, remote operations and other advanced technologies. It is easy to operate and can be put into production within 30 minutes.

Suitable transportation mode:
