Here are the maintenance steps of water well drilling rig for your reference:

I. Hydraulic and lubrication system maintenance 
Replace the summer special oil 
Use higher viscosity summer oil and hydraulic oil to avoid high temperature leading to oxidation and failure of the fluid.
Clean the hydraulic oil tank filter every month, replace the deteriorated oil, and ensure that the oil circuit is smooth.
Anti-leakage inspection, check the sealing of oil pipes and joints every day, and deal with oil leakage in time to prevent fire caused by high temperature.

Second, cooling system protection 
Cooling parts clean, once a week to clean the radiator grille, condenser surface dust , to avoid clogging affect the dissipation.
Check the tension of the fan belt, and replace the aging or slack belt immediately.
Coolant management, coolant level needs to be kept in the standard range, and thoroughly replaced every six months to avoid impurity deposition.

Third, the electrical and power system maintenance 
circuit safety, replace the aging wires, tighten the battery connector, to prevent high temperatures lead to short circuit.
Equip the equipment with fire extinguishers to cope with the risk of circuit fire.
Engine maintenance, clean the engine surface oil, to ensure the efficiency of heat dissipation; regularly replace the air filter to prevent dust from entering the cylinder.

Fourth, track and travelling mechanism maintenance 
track tension adjustment, soft soil environment loosening track, pebble road surface loosening (anti-track plate bending), hard ground tightening.

Waterproof and anti-rust measures 
prevent rain and condensation, cover the equipment after stopping work, and apply grease on key parts such as bearings to prevent rust.
Avoid rain on electrical equipment, and use waterproof tape to wrap the joints.
Clean up after work, thoroughly remove soil on tracks and drill pipes to prevent impurities from accelerating the wear of parts.
