Need GC, GCEAD, H4EAD, USC with below 7 years exp.
Top 3 requirements:
A very solid grasp and background of Jira and Confluence from a user and administrator perspective.
Self-starter, team player and RBS IT partner representative, able to attend Jira & Confluence specific meetings with partner operating company (GSO & PDL) for admins and technical product owners.
Functional O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) experience
Understanding of Agile & scaling (Safe) methodology.
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This person would be responsible for any issues with Jira and Confluence, responding to tickets in our ticketing system, and being sure to meet SLAs. They will be picking up Service Now tickets, meeting SLAs, and working with various lines of business for alignment. This person must also expect to attend
