Understanding business/functional change requirements, designing and developing test plan/test scenarios and identifying test data requirements.
Applying both Agile & Waterfall project delivery methodologies and adapting to work with evolving practices
Providing effective test validation services across: test planning (including estimations), test execution and defect tracking/management.
Partnering with QA Technology team to build and enhance on available Automation tools in order to drive efficiency of execution.
Recording, organizing and tracking test evidences in HP Application Lifecycle Management tool and/or JIRA
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on projects across our stakeholders in Product, Operations and Technology
Identify potential roadblocks/obstacles and escalate as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive regression test routines leveraging automation tools
Manage, prioritize and mitigate production issues
Work closely with Test manager and other stakeholders to deliver in line with Agile methodology
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting.
Able to gain and provide meaningful insight to project working group members on the specific focus areas
Strong communication skills with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to colleagues, senior executives and clients.
Actively drive and contributes to team meetings / conference calls with colleagues, stakeholders from other functions and clients / 3rd parties.
