What will you be doing?

Carry out releases /deployments in pre-production environments with self-service deployments and by facilitating deployments from external teams on multi-platform systems.
Proactively check for environment issues to ensure 100% environment availability and fix all environments issues that are reported, which may entail involving infra/GTIS support.
Maintaining a record of actual deployments and other knowledge contents and provide the stats for weekly KPIs that are consistent and adhering to EaaS standards.
Ensure tech lead and/or Release Lead and users are notified about system breakdowns and advance Environments outage.
Maintain Application and infrastructure version details up-to date across the environment landscape and perform upgrades of environments as required.
Perform timely upgrades of environments.
Preserve and enhance the knowledge base of release management activities.
A suitable candidate for this role should have strong experience in Environment Release Management, good hands-on experience on Release management and Change management process and tools. Should also have good understanding on common infrastructure components and how they fit together and interact. Coupled with this, the candidate should come across as calm, intelligent and articulate with a strong telephone manner. They should be able to demonstrate examples of innovation and enhancement in their assignments.
Be able to provide and design AWS patterns and support Openshift environments

What We’re Looking For

Experience of Application or Technical Support.
Good Knowledge on Release, Deployment and Change management process (ITIL).
Good Knowledge in UNIX/Linux/Windows systems.
Good Knowledge of Cloud services like AWS along with the tools like Terraform, Chef, etc.
