What you will be doing

7 to 10 years of strong banking solutions or Banking experience - Retail / Commercial banking domain in Loan/ lending modules
Experience in requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams and banks
Demonstrated exposure in conducting/participating in product demonstrations and assessment studies
Demonstrated understanding of solution architecture of banking applications and mapping it to a bank system landscape
Excellent communication skills - consistency and ease in discussions with leadership team of banks and in-house development teams
Must understand the nuances and dynamics of banking
Ideally, should have worked in a bank in one of the retail or commercial banking domains
Excellent knowledge on Micro finance industry
Knowledge of agent commission functionalities
Knowledge on 3 rd party integration of HHD for micro finance
