Minimum Qualification:
Total experience of 5+ years in software testing industry.
Skills required – QA, Guidewire, PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter Jira, QA and Agile
Insurance domain knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant industry field (Required)
Job Description:
Candidates for the Software Design Engineer in Test role work in conjunction with the engineering and product teams to develop quality test case scenarios for cloud based software applications.
Create automated tests, test scripts and test suites using Guidewire’s InsuranceSuite automated testing framework, including but not limited to PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and EnterpriseEngage (digital).
Determine the most effective testing strategies, both automated and manual.
Executes both manual and automated tests, and analyzes execution results to determine the reason for test failures.
Work as a team to develop and maintain automated testing suites using testing frameworks across multiple products.
Create detailed, comprehensive documentation supporting developed testing plans.
Understand the agile development process and how QA is integrated into schedules.
