Primary Role Objective

Responsible for management of end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for the Compensation Planning Cycle using Oracle’s Cloud Compensation Tool and delivering on testing tasks in a timely manner by partnering with global matrixed teams.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying and escalating any risks during the User Acceptance Testing
Responsible for coordination with People Business Partners, TR team members and technology & security access teams and other key stakeholders as appropriate.
Required to document and track defects and ensure they are addressed; provide regular status updates of test results and progress
Develop & execute the Test Strategy for the Compensation Planning Cycle.
Responsible for ensuring the test environment is suitable and includes appropriate test data as well as up to data and accurate data
Responsible for coordinating all-encompassing testing scripts/cases are created and ensuring that they represent real Compensation Cycle scenarios used in the Compensation Planning Tool
Responsible for managing end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) acro ss matrixed stakeholders, and that the UAT is fully executed

EDUCATION And EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university, preferably with emphasis in Computer Science. Requires a minimum of 6 years prior experience in Test coordination including development of test scripts including 2 years in a lead position. Consideration given to equivalent combination of education and experience.
