Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings, schematics and specs.
Experience generating detailed test procedures and work instructions.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal customers.
Microsoft Office suite experience with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability and willingness to work overtime supporting off-shifts and weekends as needed.
Must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a government-issued TS/SCI clearance.

Desired Skills

Possession of Top Secret/SCI security clearance highly preferred.
Experience working with an integrated master schedule.
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Space Systems system tools (AF, SAP, EPDM, VECAMS).
Aerospace or defense systems electrical and mechanical assembly experience or experience in a similar hardware type processing facility.
Assembly, integration and test experience.
Lean Manufacturing and/or Lean Six Sigma experience.
Knowledgeable of SSC's Certified Test Conductor (CTC) program or be a current CTC.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Proficient using the Lockheed Martin Automation Framework (AF) Test Procedure tool.
Experience working with teams of engineers and/or technicians.
Strong test process discipline experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
