Responsibilities:
Conduct quality assurance on all background reports according to FCRA and State Reporting
Requirements, Client Guidelines, and HireRight Reporting Guidelines
Review and approve background results for assigned products
Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all reports by adhering to work assignment and TAT goals
Maintain in-depth working knowledge of all guidelines and reporting processes
Achieve individual accuracy and productivity goals in a high volume atmosphere
Notify researchers of errors reported and respond to all inquiries received
Provide timely follow-up and follow through on all requests and reports
May support team workloads and may assist with quality audits and projects as needed
Identify root causes of errors and report researcher error trends and process improvements to supervisor
May assist with process related questions received from team and department
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Very good command of English (min C1)
No prior experience required
High school or equivalent
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook and PC Based applications
Confidentiality Standards
Keen to learn
Basic Knowledge of multiple fulfillment processes
Problem solving skills
Excellent analytical skills
