2.Responsible for the Developments of new techniques and methods of Q A
3.Responsible for the gauge calibration
4.Responsible for the development of a good Quality team in all area
5.Responsible for the reduction of in-process rejection
6.Responsible for the Quality of in-coming & out-going material of all area
7.Responsible for the Quality awareness among all the employees of all area
8.Leadership skills.
9.Good communication skills especially with all the customers (Internal & External).
10.People Management skills
11.Knowledge of any other ERP .
12.Ability to handle concern customer end senior quality concerns
