Help teams working in Jira Software while extending coordination and planning to the program, portfolio and enterprise using Jira Align
Experience working with large, small, remote and collocated agile teams.
Experience in creating Atlassian training/workshop materials.
Solid oral, written, and presentation skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, coaching and mentorship experience.
Must have a solid background utilizing an agile framework (e.g. Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban) in software development.
Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and implementation of Atlassian tools and customization.
Teaching and enabling the client on how to manage Atlassian improvement in their transformation, not leading the transformation for the client
Assessing for and recommending ongoing actions to be taken by clients.
