Job Description

Title: Sr. Manual Tester
Responsibilities
• Work with developers, in sprint Manual QAs, and product owners to understand requirements
• Coordinate with QA Lead, Product BAs, and Tech Leads to capture Testing Requirements and keep Test Cases updated.
• Partner with developers, UAT teams, and brand users to debug and test issues.
• Design and execute functional, Integration, and End to End testing of POS applications (POS, PIM, BOH, Menu Validations, etc.)
• Performing Regression QA to support Application Releases & Hotfixes
• Defect Reporting, verification & validations.
• Prepare test data for the testing, peer review of test cases, and establish end-to-end traceability mapping.
• Documentation of best practices & processes to ensure information is accurate and up to date
• Contribute to project-specific QA reporting.
• Assist in the daily execution of Automation Suites, Analyze Results, and open relevant JIRA issues to fix Application Bugs and Automation Scripts Basic Requirements
• 5+ years of overall QA experience.
• 1+ years of experience in testing POS applications
• Should be available to work from the Miami office.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written, as you’ll be a trusted partner for fellow engineers and product managers
• Ability to report and escalate issues to the respective team responsible in an effective manner.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Experience working with Cloud-based platforms – AWS, Google Cloud Platform.

Preferred Requirements
• Experience in the QSR industry, specifically in point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, CircleCI, and DataDog.
• Expertise in automation testing tools (e.g., Cypress and/or Selenium)
• Having the QA mindset (inquisitive nature).
