Mandatory Experience:

Must be able to work in the US with no sponsorship required and able and willing to obtain a Public Trust
Experience using JIRA to build out increments and sprints
History of building out complex user stories and eliciting requirements with product owners
Strong understanding of complicated systems
Knowledge and understanding of daily stand ups
Ability to work in a challenging environment
Knowledge of change control process and defect planning
Experience with software & web tools
Experience with customer requirements and web management strategies.

Preferred Experience:

Previously held a Public Trust
Knowledge of other Agile Tools (e.g. Rally, Rational etc.)
Veterans Affairs or Healthcare experience
Ability to create burndown and velocity reports
PIV Card & Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
