Experience with the Missile Defense and Modeling and Simulation
Experience with software optimization for applications with strict timing requirements.
Familiarity with Agile software development practices, methodologies and techniques, continuous integration
Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish project results
Experience analyzing complex problems and developing solutions
Have experience working on Agile teams in a leadership position across multiple teams
Experience in the use of Atlassian tools
Experience with full software lifecycle: specification, design, implementation, integration, debug, and maintenance
Experience with JIRA/Confluence
Familiarity with a structured process driven software development environment including peer reviews of all work products, using a revision control system, defect tracking and build release practices required
Experience with Git products
Experience with applied automated testing techniques including unit and integration testing
Development utilizing a Linux based development environment
Knowledge of various scripting languages and tools: Python, MATLAB, etc.
A current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance. Salary Range: $157,500 USD - $236,300 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
