JOB DESCRIPTION: -

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Operates production equipment, responsible for manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products.

Follows blueprints, guidelines and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the manufacturing field.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor.

Direct and coordinate customer requests for service of equipment.

Confer with supervisors and engineering personnel to resolve design and/or operational problems.

Assess and resolve customer complaints.

Assist with the commissioning activities and on-floor testing of equipment where needed.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of service-related documents

Create new documents as needed or requested.

Keep management informed of current issues relating to customer satisfaction.

Promote the service department to all customers while representing company in a professional, productive, and helpful manner.

Analyze equipment problems and prepare technical reports for use by engineering and management.

Complete other responsibilities as assigned. Complete any Quality System records/activities as required.
