Risk and Control Objective
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.
What will you be doing?
Lead QA team to analyse manual controls and to convert them into automation by working closely with developers & business analyst and business with DevOps integration.
Responsible for supporting, managing and grooming test team members to ensure the continual growth of the team and identification and implementation of development, improvements and innovations.
Clear articulation of testing reports showing current and future roadmap of automation with minimum supervision and apprise stakeholders with agreed frequency of update.
Manage stakeholders and represent testing team in meetings, working groups and other necessary forums.
What We’re Looking For
Graduate / Post Graduate
Minimum experience of 4 to 5 years in leading QA automation team.
Certified CMSQ, ISTQB (Advance Level Agile Technical Tester) or ISTQB (CTAL-TAE)
Strong knowledge of automation testing tools : selenium , soapui , junit
Strong knowledge of build tools : Jenkins , team city
Automation testing knowledge in windows based application
Good knowledge of Dev Ops
Proficient with MS Office applications
Vendor management
Ability to work in a matrix managed environment and a proven record of delivery in a collaborative environment.
