Position info:
The Quality Assurance Specialist & Case Manager is responsible for implementing skill development strategies; Identify, implementing, and coordination services as outlined in treatment plan; understand Trauma Sensitive Interactions; Demonstrate Multicultural Awareness; Assist with Practicum Site set-up and ongoing requirements; Ensure appropriate documentation is in files according to OAR requirements for all Shangri-La Outpatient Mental Health Clinic locations.

Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field; or o A combination of at least three years of relevant work, education, training or experience; or o A qualified Mental Health Intern – defined as a person who meets qualifications for QMHA but does not have the necessary graduate degree in psychology, social work or behavioral science field to meet the educational requirement of QMHP. The person must: o Be currently enrolled in a graduate program for a master’s degree in psychology, social work or in a behavioral science field; o Have a collaborative educational agreement with the CMHP, or other provider, and the graduate program; o Work within the scope of his/her practice and competencies identified by the policies and procedures for credentialing of clinical staff as established by provider; and o Receive, at minimum, weekly supervision by a qualified clinical supervisor employed by the provider of services. • Certification through MHACBO as a QMHA.

3-4 years of experience is required. Education or training program/certification may be substituted for up to 3 years’ experience.

Any QMHP, QMHA or LPC who is able to commit to 3-years of service, at our Salem Outpatient Mental Health Clinic on a full-time basis, can be eligible for up to 50% of their student loans to be repaid, up to $50,000.
In addition, any LPC who is employed in our Eugene or Salem Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, is also eligible for HPSA SLRP (Health Professional Shortage Area - Student Loan Repayment Programs).
We provide free clinical supervision to all QMHPs, QMHAs, and LPCs/LMFTs
We provide access to select free trainings, as well as cover required fees for licenses/credentialing with MHACBO, OLBCT, or the applicable licensing board.
