Handle governance and project related reports
Document and Control the Change Request process:
Assign requests for change to the proper IT Teams (Change Owners)
Collaborate with Change owners to clarify the change requests details, etc.
Skills:
3-5 years’ experience working with project managers
Experience with process coordination and improvement
Experience working on enterprise platforms like SNOW, PTS, JIRA Confluence
Good with Microsoft tools – PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
Experience in creating presentations in Visio and PPT
