Responsibilities

Gather requirements and develop scripts in Groovy (for jira), Python for openshift applications
Support existing applications including troubleshooting, bug fixing, required upgrades and modifications to existing functionality
Adapt to Agile based development for rollouts, implementations
Conduct demos & training session for the developed applications
Support BAU for the developed & existing applications
Should be able to create Rest API’s, python scripts for upload/import, etc

Requirement

4+ years of hands on experience in programming/development experience in Groovy/Rest API’s and Python
Experience in L1, L2 and L3 activities of ITIL processing
Proficiency in MySQL/MariaDB/MSSQL and Openshift
Proficiency in Groovy scripting for Java for JIRA based application
Proficiency in Maven, Git and Bitbucket
Proficiency in reading and writing technical requirements
Experience in Unix/Linux for implementing and developing shell scripts for upgrades/patching
Knowledge in automated build pipelines like Jenkins using Groovy
Experience in Agile methodology preferred
Good communications skills
