What you will do:

Drive tactical programs and objectives with existing alignment and scope defined
Planning, tracking and execution of projects and programs with a focus on regular and timely delivery of value to customers
Leverage templates, frameworks and processes to develop E2E program plans including coordination of release activities and documentation, ensuring QMS and development process governance, etc.
Manage risks and issues and be accountable for escalating as required
Clearly communicates facts and insights on program progress through status reports highlighting accomplishments, plans, and any risks or issues
Build productive internal and external working relationships with product managers, engineering managers, program managers and other stakeholders
Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
May assist other Technical Program Managers on larger programs of work

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
2+ years of Program Management experience working directly with multiple agile teams
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Experience managing complex projects or smaller programs in highly matrixed agile software development cultures while working with two or more teams at a time
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding time management and organization skills
Familiarity with agile software development tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred
