Capable of designing & hands-on coding for Testing/QA concepts, leveraging tools like Tricentis, SmartBear, ALM, Cucumber, Selenium, etc
Capable of designing frameworks to build reusable testing concepts from regression testing, through functional testing, integration testing, UAT, security, performance, etc.
Can differentiate why various tools & test concepts would be considered or used
Understands best practices with testing concepts and the challenges of moving to continuous testing (environment availability, test data availability, service virtualization) and understands the new focus areas of testing (API, microservices)
Understands the complexities of building test solutions that can scale, be re-usable across multiple env (dev, test, integration, UAT, cert, prod, etc)
Should be familiar with other, non-testing aspects of Devops, like CI (Jenkins/AzureDevOps), IAC, automating delivery, etc.
