Minimum Requirements

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Education Details: Associate’s Degree or higher or equivalent work experience preferred.

Years Of Experience

Minimum three (3) years of experience as an Allegiant Records Technician, and/or experience at another part 91, 121, 135 operator, 145 repair station working on 91/121/135 aircraft, or DOD transport aircraft records department. A combination of listed experience is acceptable.

Proficient in understanding, interpreting and revising, industry or similar industry Operations Procedure/General Maintenance Manuals.
Knowledge of Federal Aviation regulations (FARs) related to Aircraft Recordkeeping and retention requirements and Air Transportation Association (ATA) Coding.
Familiar with certification documentation for new, overhauled and repaired components from suppliers and maintenance providers in multiple countries.
Good written and oral communication skills, project and management skills.

Associate’s Degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in all aircraft records functions accomplished by the A/C Records Tech (Admin).
Ability to interpret and understand technical documents such as the aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalog, Engineering Documents, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and previous operator versions of these documents.
Proficient in all records functions of AIS or similar aircraft tracking software, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Products.
Proficient in the use of electronic recordkeeping systems.
Exhibits attention to detail and is a champion for accuracy.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple duties and priorities on a daily basis, ability to function effectively under deadlines while still maintaining accuracy.
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
