What will you be doing?
Contribute to the multi-year JB2.0 product strategy and product roadmap, that aligns to the business strategy.
Manage & assist in prioritisation of product backlog (CRs, Defects, Scope items, Problem Records), adjust for risk and control impact.
Create and own control reports in and outside of Jira to track progress of E2E build of all scope items.
Translate product demand and backlog into management information and assist with communication to Senior Leadership and Technology to ensure outcomes are managed.
Provide effective communications and relationship building with key senior stakeholders within technology, operations and product and provide status reporting that is accurate, informative and timely.
Assist Product Owner in managing activities related to the success measurement of the product - including KPI, customer satisfaction, and business value.
Highlight issues/delivery risks and propose mitigation to Product Owner.
What We’re Looking For
Product and Project Management Experience/Qualifications.
Exceptionally strong understanding of the overall Operational landscape within onboarding and client refresh, with a broader knowledge of the wider Barclays operating model and end to end client lifecycle including client relationship management (CRM) and understanding of customer data and wider client data design and operational models for Wholesale Clients.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and leverage relationships and influence decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills. Able to work with Executive committees and senior stakeholders.
Meticulous, tenacious, driven, motivated and resilient. Positive energy and a pro-active, can-do attitude

SME Knowledge of KYC & Onboarding Processes and Technology.
Formal external qualification/accreditation in Product and Project Management methodology.
