We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech developer to join our qualified and diverse development team. The chosen candidate will work with our global development team and other stakeholders to standardize and develop the salesforce components for our various projects under central compliance umbrella.
The candidate will be involved in Salesforce Development initiatives that will lead to creation of robust and reliable application.
The role will require interacting with peers from other projects and colleagues from Developer Experience and GTIS.
The candidate will also drive best practises for end-to-end development/deployment using firm prescribed standard and strategies.
What will you be doing?
Analyse, understand requirements from key stakeholders, and perform required development activities.
Raise any potential blockers to the scrum master/agile team lead and come up with a mitigation plan
Capture development requirements in JIRA and assist the scrum master in sprint prioritization and retrospectives.
Investigate and analyse user queries in EMA and APAC hours.
Communicate with key stakeholders about timelines, impact for any committed delivery.
Coordinate SIT and UAT cycles
Work with Dev Lead to deliver key technology requirements using Java and other related technologies
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with Overall IT experience ranging from 4-7 years with 2 years in salesforce
Strong Development knowledge in Salesforce (Apex, LWC)
Strong Development knowledge in Java (Good command on service patterns and protocols covering Web Services, API, REST. Experience of using API test frameworks)
Proficiency in DevOps and Agile style of Software Development with knowledge of tools such as SonarQube, Jenkins, Veracode and Provar etc.
Skills That Will Help You In The Role
Data analytical skills with ability to identify data gaps
Extremely organized, excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in documenting system architectures and workflows.
Excellent attention to detail, self-starter with demonstrable initiative.
Team player, co-operative, and able to work in a large team across multiple locations and time zones.
