What will you be doing?

Managing of project activities through its full lifecycle from inception to implementation
Monitoring and reporting key project deliverables/risk/issues
Managing Risks, Issues and Dependencies
Reporting and communicating with stakeholders
Budgeting and Financial Forecasting
Adhering to Barclays Change Control framework
Facing off against trading, quant, and product teams
Partnering with development teams, first-line support, and vendors
Interacting with lateral functions such as risk, controls, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

Experience delivering high-performance software in a project management function, working with Agile project methodology with JIRA or similar
Strong communication skills and ease in articulating status to tech and business stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed, global trading environment
A proactive attitude towards problem solving and willingness to be a hands-on technologist
