Introduction

Own e2e testing as test manager for multiple projects IDS, CHRP, External data, future stack
Define Test strategy and test approach all of the portfolio Projects
Front face for UAT hand over and support
Drive and lead the Test Automation covering diversified components like APIs, ETL, GUI and DB across the projects I the portfolio
Solve technical issues faced by team members.
Impact assessment of requirements testing and resource planning.
Dealing with stakeholders of project directly front facing
Should have strong understanding of ETL process, APIs, GUI and Kafka components
Review automation code and suggest optimum ways of building the code which can meet all industry level best practices.
Drive NFT to ensure the performance gaps of application are covered
Closely work with other team leads and involve in Solutioning of requirements
Closely work with Operations / Business colleagues to understand the requirements, automate them from functional testing point so that the test pack can be executed as many number of times as required.
Understanding of agile development/test methodology and practice it in day to day work
Ensure DevOps principles are adopted
Working as part of scrum teams, deliver test automation within sprint cycles.
Drive all agile ceremonies (planning / stand-ups / retro etc.) to ensure high velocity is maintained.
Document all work in accordance with agreed standards, and with re-use in mind
Report progress against assigned activities in a timely manner.

What will you be doing?

Own e2e testing for all implementation across WSC space
Lead as well as mentor the test team and solve their technical issues
Define the e2e test approach and strategy of project.
Code Reviews, resource planning
Understand requirements, user stories and able to relate them with design documents
Developing automated code in line with coding standards
Report the status accurately
Independent handling of all communications in from testing perspective with stakeholders
Contribute in wider engineering initiatives and build SME skills across the TC
Ensure contribution beyond tower to create real difference in testing aspects

What We’re Looking For

Minimum qualification –Engineering Graduate or MCA (or equivalent degree)
