What To Bring:
A minimum of 3 years digital video experience and direct people management
Deep understanding of technical video and audio specifications (e.g. video bit rates and codecs)
Understanding of closed captions and subtitles
Flexibility in adapting to changes in processes, workload, and priorities
Ability to monitor and resolve multiple incidents concurrently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management
Fervent attention to detail
Ability to work independently, raising concerns when needed
Willingness to work a flexible schedule - including some weekends, late nights and holidays
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Video, Film or related degree preferred
