Triage issue as mentioned in the Phab/JIRA ticket Address and escalate issues to the concerned team/individual Follow-up with issue reporter for any further clarification on the reported issue Need to be up to date with GSS bug Report Follow up with the Engineering teams on open Bugs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, statutory requirements, and special handling procedures Provide input into process improvement opportunities Participates in cross-functional training Should be flexible with rotational including night shift
