Responsibilities:
System Liaison between LOB and Information Technology, Risk Management, Legal, Compliance and Project Office providing subject matter expertise.
Participate in project scope/impact reviews as a SME to determine potential impacts to functionality and business procedures, as well as to understand the scope of upcoming Release assignments.
Review, comment and approve Business Requirement documents.
Review, comment and approve Test plans based on development requirement and technical designs.
Act as a liaison with other business units or IT teams and vendors in support of assigned initiatives. Potentially be called upon as a PM to lead small scale assignments or deliverables.
Provide post implementation support to clients as needed. Participate in identification of processes to review post implementation.
Manage small to medium scale projects and initiatives as required, adhering to the Project Life Cycle and documentation protocols and policies as necessary.
Assigned Subject Matter Expert to interface with business partners, including Training and Development, Servicing, Titles Management, Collections, Vehicle Remarketing, Information Technology, vendors, Risk Management, and other departments.
Support escalated systems issues, coordinating with Systems Administrators, IT and other parties as necessary to resolve defects.

Required Skill Sets:
Must be able to work with end-user community to investigate and resolve issues, or address system challenges.
Business/Systems Analysis or User Acceptance /Quality Assurance testing experience. 3-5 years of experience strongly preferred.
Experience with any of the following systems: ALA, CALS, Quest, iCAF, RCV, CACS and other Auto Finance system functionality and interfaces.
Must have experience in Loan/Lease Servicing or Collections or with loan/lease servicing technology.
Problem Solving & Analytical abilities - Must have significant research/problem solving skills and the ability to quickly assess situations for risk and scope of impact.
Must be able to quickly identify and resolve issues, making "on the fly" educated decisions during critical path events.
Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written.
Strong self-management skills with proven ability to manage multiple and diverse priorities, achieving desired objectives within deadlines.
Experience with Automation development with Selenium, Gherkin and Java
