Your Responsibilities As a Project Coordinator:

Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, proofreading and editing of documents, and preparation of presentations
Help out project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
Communicate project information to key partners
Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements for project-related events, including training seminars and conferences
Finding information online using research tools
Keeping project deliverable schedules on track and assisting Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications
Seeking additional information to complete documents as necessary
Taking meeting minutes and keeping records of tasks and progress

Requirements:

Applicants are preferred to hold a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field; a high school diploma or its equivalent is required
Expertise in database and file management
2+ years in a business/office setting required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is preferred
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
