Location: Plano, TX Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: Provide advanced engineering support services to end users: Gather technical details Troubleshoot issues to resolve problems Provide status updates to product owner and stakeholders Track all details in the issue tracking system JIRA Provide issue review and triage problems for new service support requests Use DevOps automation tools, including GitLab Contribute to Agile/Kanban workflows and team process work Fulfil any ad-hoc data or report request queries from different functional groups. Must have: 3+ years of experience with one of Java or Python programming language Very good knowledge and work experience on AWS Services like EMR, Kinesis, S3, Lambda[2+ yrs. of exp] Scripting experience with Python or NodeJS or JAVA 2+ yrs. of exp Good to have – Hands-on exp with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch/DataDog/Splunk/Nagios etc. Experience on "Infra as code" automation like Terraform
