MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications: B. Tech / B. E / M. Tech / MCA

Role and Responsibility:

Owns the prioritization of the team’s backlog
Will be the external ‘face’ of the team providing a single point of contact into the team
Co-ordinates with Product Management, R&D Program Management and Systems, negotiating on priorities for the Features being requested
Breaks features into user stories, prioritizes the backlog with requests for new features, operational improvements, bug fixes and technical improvements (reducing debt)
Works very closely with the DevOps Team Lead to ensure there is a common understanding for the team
Focussed on WHAT the team does and in WHICH order
Interacts with other TPMs to understand any dependencies between teams and ensuring they are correctly prioritized in the respective team backlogs
Reports on business case / business value for the team at the Feature level

Must have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum Overall industry experience of 6 years
At least 4+ years of prior experience working as a software developer.
Should be capable of using tools like Microsoft Project Plan or Similar Tools and present weekly status
Must have worked using Agile Process and Jira
