Responsibilities:

Develop, teach, maintain and improve Agile Training
Coach and drive continuous improvement (retrospection, experiments…)
Systematically and consistently promote visibility to productivity, quality, responsiveness and predictability (JIRA, communication…)
Connect our teams to clients, and clients to our agile framework
Coach effective backlog definition, prioritization, and grooming
Evangelize the Agile Manifesto and the principles behind it
Function as a ScrumMaster for our agile teams as necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
2-5 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, or Pivotal Tracker
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Comfort with a fast-paced environment
