Responsible for Project Management and Execution
Deriving Strategy , Short-term & Long-term project planning on need
Foray into trending and future technologies in Automotive/Infotainment Domain
Good Experience in Planning, Scheduling and Tracking project(s)
Manage Technical and Operational Risks to resolve issues
Excellent collaboration skills with internal/external project stakeholders
Excellent prioritization skills
Profound knowledge and expertise of Scrum Methodology
Certified Scrum Master preferred (SAFe Agile certification is an advantage)
Profound knowledge of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Incremental Development)
Understanding of basic Scrum roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team)
Profound knowledge about Scrum KPI's (Velocity, Burn-down charts)
Experience in organizing Scrum related meetings (Daily stand-up, Sprint planning, Backlog refinement, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective)
Knowledge and experience with Kanban is an advantage
Proven track record of managing (distributed) agile teams for at least 1 year
Experience in resource planning and management for at least 2 years
Good Team building and competency development
Ability to identify and proactively eliminate impediments for the development team
Ability to communicate, discuss and escalate topics to different hierarchy levels on need
Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Non-Verbal) , presentation skills in English

Qualifications:
B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics / Electrical / CSE
