Mandatory Requirements in Candidate-



· Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related fields

· Good working knowledge on Python/Java programming language

· Knowledge of creating and managing Test Plan

· Basic knowledge of Database concepts

· Good Troubleshooting skills

· Good Knowledge in Software Quality & Testing

· Basic Knowledge of SDLC

· Good Analytical & Logical Skills

· Basic Programming Knowledge

· Basic Test Automation experience in tools like Selenium and Appium

· Good English Communication Skills


Job Role at Pratham:

Design Test Cases

· Automate Test Cases (Simplest Scenarios)

· Test Execution & Bug Reporting

· Designing/Automating Test Cases

· Perform Tests (Smoke, Regression, Platform/Systems Integration and Performance)

· Report Bugs with proper analysis & contributes to Builds Reports (Learn JIRA & Confluence)

· Learn Python, JAVA or any other language as needed by the Company’s test team, for automation testing purpose

· Learning to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
