Installation and debugging

The machines shipped from the factory have been tested in the factory according to relevant regulations, but due to long-distance transportation and long-term placement, the following inspections should be carried out when the hydraulic brick machine is installed:

1. Check whether the brick machine is damaged or deformed during transportation (pay special attention to the hydraulic pipeline).

2. Check whether the fasteners of the main parts of the brick machine are loose.

3. Check whether the oil cylinders and lubrication points of each working part are filled with oil as required and whether the amount of oil is appropriate.

4. In addition, the hydraulic brick machine must be fully wiped, and the relative sliding parts of each moving part must be lubricated according to regulations before the machine is tested. If the machine needs to be disassembled for transportation, it can be divided into forming device, plate feeding device, material feeding device, brick discharging device, stacking device, phase electronic control device, etc., and it must be assembled in place according to the assembly relationship during installation.

 

Use and maintenance

⒈ When installing or replacing new or old molds, be sure to avoid collisions and bumps, assemble in a civilized manner, and pay attention to protecting the molds;

⒉ During use, frequently check the mold size and the condition of the welding joints. If there are weld cracks, they should be repaired in time. If there is excessive wear, the aggregate particle size should be adjusted. If excessive wear affects the quality of the product, a new mold should be purchased;

⒊ Carefully adjust the gap, including the distance between the pressure head and the mold core, the pressure head and the moving plane of the material car, the mold frame and the wire plate, etc. Relative movement must not interfere or rub;

⒋ When cleaning the mold daily, use an air compressor and soft tools to remove concrete residues. It is strictly forbidden to knock or pry the mold with gravity;

⒌ The ​​replaced mold should be cleaned, oiled to prevent rust, and placed flat on a dry and flat place to prevent gravity deformation.
