Concrete mixing and conveying pump
The concrete mixing and conveying pump is a device that integrates the functions of concrete mixing and pumping, which greatly simplifies the construction process. It is equivalent to integrating the functions of a mixer and a conveyor into a small movable mixing station, which is widely used in various concrete construction scenarios.
Working principle
The pumping system is driven by an electric motor or a diesel engine, and the hydraulic system performs constant power control and automatically adjusts the delivery volume. The hopper of the pumping system is used to load concrete, and the mixing mechanism continuously stirs to prevent concrete segregation. When the hydraulic system pressure oil enters a main oil cylinder, the piston rod extends, and the other piston rod retracts. The retracted concrete delivery piston causes self-priming in the delivery cylinder, and the concrete in the hopper is sucked in under the help of atmospheric pressure and the stirring blades. The extended piston rod pushes the concrete piston to press the concrete out of the delivery cylinder, and enters the concrete delivery pipe through the slide valve delivery port and the Y-shaped pipe. The system automatically reverses and circulates repeatedly to achieve continuous concrete pumping.
Structural composition
Power unit: Commonly used is an electric motor, and there is also diesel power. Different powers are matched according to the pump model. In special construction environments such as mines and coal mines, explosion-proof motors are required.
Hydraulic system: As the core of the pump, it uses hydraulic principles to transport concrete to high places. At present, open systems and constant power control are mostly used, especially for large-flow pumps. Open systems have the advantages of low oil temperature, high reliability, and convenient maintenance. Full hydraulic control technology and computer control technology have also made significant progress. For example, Sany products have widely used full hydraulic reversing and computer closed-loop control technology.
Conveying system: includes hopper, mixing mechanism, concrete distribution valve, concrete conveying cylinder, washing chamber and main oil cylinder. All components work together to complete the processes of concrete suction, mixing, and pushing.
Performance parameters
Conveying displacement: calculated by the volume of pumping per hour (m³/h), there are many common specifications such as 20 cubic meters, 30 cubic meters, and 40 cubic meters. When selecting, if it is on-site mixing, it is necessary to take into account the volume of material fed per unit time and the pumping distance of the mixer.
Outlet pressure: refers to the maximum pressure at the outlet of the concrete pump, in MPa, such as 5MPa, 7MPa, etc. Different engineering heights and distances have different requirements for outlet pressure.
Motor power: in kilowatts, such as 37 kilowatts, 45 kilowatts, etc. When choosing a motor concrete pump, you should first consider the transformer capacity, then the distance between the concrete pump and the power supply and the wire diameter to avoid pressure drop problems.
Product types
Mixer pump: a small concrete pump that uses a fully automated construction operating system and integrates feeding, mixing, and high-pressure pumping. According to the mixing system, there are drum-type mixer pumps and forced mixer pumps; according to the power system, there are electric motor mixer pumps and diesel engine mixer pumps. The drum-type mixer pump is the first generation product, which assembles the mixer and the delivery pump, and is suitable for rural house construction, villa group construction, etc.; the forced mixer pump is a new generation product, which mixes more uniform concrete, higher quality, better work efficiency and stability, and is suitable for small and medium-sized construction projects, municipal projects, etc.
Car-mounted mixing pump: Combining a car with a diesel forced mixing pump, it is flexible and easy to transfer, suitable for frequent transfers or equipment rental business.
100-meter pipeline
In the concrete mixing pump operation, the pipeline is used to transport concrete. The relevant information of the 100-meter pipeline is as follows:
Material and characteristics
Steel pipe: It has high strength and high wear resistance, can withstand high pressure, and is suitable for long-distance and high-pressure concrete transportation. But it is heavy and relatively inconvenient to install and carry.
Rubber pipe: It has good flexibility and small bending radius, which is easy to install and arrange, and can adapt to some complex construction sites. However, its pressure resistance and wear resistance are weaker than steel pipes. In practical applications, a combination of steel pipes and rubber pipes is often used. Rubber pipes are used where bending and flexible arrangement are required, and steel pipes are used for long-distance straight-line transportation.
Pipe diameter selection
The pipe diameter size needs to be determined according to the concrete aggregate particle size, conveying volume and conveying distance. Generally speaking, the larger the pipe diameter, the smaller the conveying resistance and the larger the aggregate particle size that can be conveyed, but too large a pipe diameter will increase the cost and installation difficulty. Common pipe diameters include 125mm, 150mm, etc. For example, when transporting a φ125 delivery pipe, the volume of each 100 meters of the pipe is about 1.5 cubic meters; the volume of each 100 meters of the φ150 delivery pipe is about 2 cubic meters.
Connection and sealing
The pipe connection must be firm and well sealed to prevent concrete leakage and pressure loss. Common connection methods include flange connection, clamp connection, etc. The connection parts need to be sealed with gaskets or sealants to ensure the sealing of the pumping process.
Application scenarios
In some large-scale construction projects, bridge construction, tunnel construction and other scenarios, when the concrete mixing pump needs to transport concrete to a distant location, the 100-meter pipeline can be used as an important part of horizontal or vertical transportation. For example, the horizontal transportation of concrete by a ground pump can generally reach about 80-100 meters. If the project distance is within this range, a reasonable configuration of a 100-meter pipeline can meet the construction needs. In high-rise building construction, the vertical direction may also be connected by multiple 100-meter pipes to transport concrete to designated floors.
