Application scenarios

Concrete trailer pumps are engineering machinery that continuously transport concrete along pipelines to the pouring site through a hydraulic system.

They are widely used in the following scenarios:

1. Construction projects

High-rise building construction: transport concrete for high-rise buildings with more than 20 floors to solve vertical transportation problems (such as wall, floor, column pouring) and avoid the problem of low tower crane transportation efficiency.

Diesel trailer pump: powered by a diesel engine, highly maneuverable, suitable for areas without power grid or remote areas (such as HBT50D, pumping capacity 50m³/h, pressure 8MPa).

3. Key pumping capacity parameters

Horizontal delivery distance: ordinary models can reach 150-300 meters, and ultra-high pressure models can exceed 500 meters (such as HBT120 horizontal delivery distance of 600 meters).

Vertical delivery height: The vertical height of medium-sized trailer pumps is about 50-80 meters, and that of large trailer pumps can reach 100-150 meters. Ultra-high pressure models can cooperate with relay pumping to achieve more than 200 meters (such as super high-rise office building construction).

Annual cost: equipment depreciation (approximately 100,000 yuan per year, amortized over 5 years) + fuel consumption/electricity costs (approximately 150,000 yuan) + maintenance costs (20,000 yuan) + labor wages (2 drivers, approximately 120,000 yuan) + other costs (50,000 yuan), a total of approximately 440,000 yuan.

Annual net profit: 900,000 yuan - 440,000 yuan = 460,000 yuan, investment payback period is approximately 1.5-2 years (depending on the project saturation).

3. Risks and optimization suggestions

Risk points:

The project payment cycle is long and funds need to be advanced; the market competition is fierce and the unit price may be suppressed.

Optimization strategy:

Take on long-term large-scale projects (such as real estate projects and municipal bidding sections) and stabilize the workload;

Equip multiple equipment to form economies of scale and carry out leasing business at the same time (the leasing unit price is approximately 800-1500 yuan/day);

Establish long-term cooperation with concrete mixing stations and construction companies to reduce the empty driving rate.
